Boris is trained in advanced meditation techniques and hypnotherapy. He combines knowledge and benefits from both into one practice for a deeper experience of Self. He has a master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling and has refined his techniques in private practice over the last 3 years with a wide range of mental health conditions. His voice is naturally baritone and induces relaxation quicker than most guided meditation facilitators.
