It’s not designed to give leaders better scripts, sharper strategies, or more sophisticated ways of managing. Those things have their place, but they often leave the deeper pattern untouched. Our work meets the identities people defend, the fears they manage, the truths they avoid, and the protective patterns that once kept them safe but now quietly shape the culture.
