Drawing on his Psychosomatic Conversational Hypnotism (PCH) method, Boris will drop the group into a meditative state together, where you’ll go on your own journey back toward the fortress that exists within each of us.

Shaping the journey to whatever is alive in the space, you’ll be guided together for about an hour – allowing your own experience to unfold in its own way – with time for a few reflections, questions or hello’s thereafter.
